| 2. Special offers and discounts | |
| 2.1 From time to time we may offer discounts or issue special offer vouchers. These are only available for the times specified and do not apply to products already ordered or purchased. |
| 2.2 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. |
| 2.3 Any vouchers must be applied at the time of ordering. |
| 3. Returns | |
| 3.1 Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery it a refund or exchange is required. |
| 3.2 We are happy to accept returns for any item that is faulty or not up to our usual high
standard. We can offer an exchange item or a refund. |
| 3.3 Any item returned for any other reason must be in perfect condition, in its original
packaging and not washed. We are unable to accept any items that have been
embroidered or altered. |
| 3.4 Returns must be sent by recorded post and all returns costs are the responsibility of the
customer. |
| 3.5 All returns must be accompanied with the sales invoice or delivery note. |
| 3.6 For exchanges, please enclose a cheque for £4.25 to cover administration and postage
back to you. |
| 3.7 For refunds, a 15% restocking charge will apply to the value of the refund. This will be
deducted at the time of the refund. |
| 3.8 For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable accept back any consumable items that
have been opened. |
