We know that not all matches are made in heaven, which is why we’ve done everything we can to make returning your items easy. If you’re not sure about an item, or you’re not 100% happy with the quality or fit, here’s what to do:
Although our team is working remotely where possible as per government advice, we are still able to accept returns. However please note that during this unprecedented period, returns will take longer to process than normal due to the increased hygiene measures required for deliveries from an external source coming into the La Beeby warehouse. Once you’ve sent your return, please allow 6 weeks for your return to be received and your refund to be processed.
Changed your mind on the colour, or need a different size? We’re happy for you to send your items back to us and we’ll issue a refund.
Just make sure that you return the item to us, as new, within 28 days and you’ll receive a full refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can’t accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

Please ensure you include a copy of your delivery note, or at least a note with your order number, in your package.
If you need a replacement item, simply place a new order online. Please note we’re not able to exchange any items returned to us and returns must be sent at your expense.
