For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns period. Returns for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January 2025. All we ask is that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
We know that not all matches are made in heaven, which is why we’ve done everything we can to make returning your items easy (and free).
If you’re not sure about an item, or you’re not 100% happy with the quality or fit, you can return the item to us, as new, within 28 days and you’ll receive a full refund.
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 21 working days. We don’t offer an exchange service; if you’d like a replacement item, please place a new order online.
